FlaSEIA collects information about you when you provide it to us or when you engage with us, or when it is provided through one of FlaSEIA's vendors or suppliers in support of advancing the solar and storage industry in Florida.

We collect information about you when you input it into FlaSEIA websites or forms, provide it to a third-party working in support of FlaSEIA, or otherwise provide it directly to a FlaSEIA staff member. That information typically includes the following:

• Name
• Employer and Title
• Contact information (Mailing Address, Phone number(s), E-mail address)
• Demographic information
• Payment information (typically in the form of a tokenized credit card or bank account information)
• IP Address and web browser information

FlaSEIA does not collect sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as social security numbers, or Protected Health Information (PHI).

Account and Profile Information: We collect information about you when you register as an event exhibitor or sponsor or attendee on our website or a vendor’s/supplier’s website, create or modify your profile, set preferences, sign-up for e-mails or newsletters, or make purchases through our websites or suppliers. For example, you provide your contact information and, in some cases, payment information when you register as an exhibitor or attendee for a FlaSEIA event. In cases where you provide payment or banking information to FlaSEIA, such as a credit card or bank account number, these are processed by our third-party vendor’s or supplier’s systems and are not stored in FlaSEIA systems or databases.
By registering to attend the Florida Solar & Storage Summit your data may be collected by exhibitors through a lead retrieval system for the purpose of marketing/selling their product. It may also be collected by the show producer to track sessions and award education credits.
