Protect 25D: Resources & Actions

The proposed elimination of the 25D Residential Energy Tax Credit threatens over 10,000 solar jobs in Florida and we need your voice to protect them. FlaSEIA and SEIA are actively working to oppose this bill. Below are all the tools and actions you can take right now to help protect Florida’s solar future.

What's at Stake

Take Action

Repealing the 25D Tax Credit would result in:

  • Elimination of residential solar tax credits

  • 331 factories canceled or closed

  • 330,000 jobs lost nationwide

  • $285 billion in local investment gone

  • Higher energy bills for consumers

The bill now moves to the U.S. Senate. This is the time to act.
