The Florida Public Service Commission has adopted a rule which establishes standards for interconnection agreements for small photovoltaic systems. The rule applies to the state's investor owned utilities and owners of PV systems of 10kw or less which are tied to the electric grid. The rule becomes effective February 11, 2002.
