| On March 4, 2008, The Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) adopted Net Metering and Interconnection rules for renewable - energy systems up to two (2) megawatts (MW) in capacity. The PCS rules apply only to the states investor-owned utilites (IOU); the rules do not apply to electric cooperatives or municipal utilities.
